- Calculator totals you choose to send with a request.
- Attribution details: the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign parameters such as utm tags and ad click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid). We store first-touch attribution in your browser for up to 90 days.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, plus cookies and analytics tags used to measure site use and ad performance.
How we use it
- To respond to you and send the guide you asked for.
- To call or text you only if you checked the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- To understand which pages and ads help people, and improve the site.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the site and follow up with you (hosting, database, email, phone and CRM tools), and with our brokerage, Real Broker, LLC, as needed for brokerage services. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices

- Ask us to stop calls or emails, or to delete your information, through the contact page.

Data retention
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you, keep business and legal records, and honor opt-out requests, then delete or anonymize them.
